01.Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using KarenChecks you agree to these terms.

02.Eligibility

You must be a licensed or insured contractor or trade professional to create an account. Homeowners may not create accounts.

03.User Conduct

You agree to post only truthful, factual reviews based on your direct personal experience. You agree not to post false, defamatory, discriminatory, or retaliatory content. You are solely legally responsible for the content of your reviews.

04.Prohibited Content

Reviews may not contain racial slurs, religious discrimination, gender discrimination, nationality discrimination, or disability discrimination. Violations result in immediate account termination.

05.Platform Liability

KarenChecks is a platform for user-generated content. Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, KarenChecks is not liable for content posted by users. Users are solely responsible for their submissions.

06.Dispute Process

Homeowners may submit a dispute through the Contact page. KarenChecks will review disputes within 5 business days and notify the filing contractor. KarenChecks reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

07.Account Termination

KarenChecks reserves the right to terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms without refund.

08.Changes to Terms

KarenChecks reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
