How does the 14-day free trial work?
Once your business is verified, you get 14 days of full Pro access — no credit card required. When the trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan. If you don't subscribe, access is paused until you do. Each business gets one trial, so you can't make new accounts to restart it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments are being wired up. Until then, drop your email on the signup page and we'll grandfather early sign-ups into the Pro tier at launch pricing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. No long contracts.
What about misuse or false reports?
Every report is tied to a verified PRO account. Filing a false report violates The Pact and gets you removed. See the About page for the rules.
